A first launch takes about fifteen minutes. The steps below are the same ones the product walks you through after sign-up.

• Create your workspace and invite teammates with the role they need.
• Add your website and verify ownership with a DNS TXT record or a meta tag.
• Style the widget in Widget Studio: colours, position, greeting and offline behaviour.
• Install the widget with the embed snippet, or connect WordPress with the plugin.
• Turn on the AI agent, index your site content, and test answers in the playground.
• Configure verified email recipients so escalations reach your team when nobody is online.

Each of these areas has in-product guidance and diagnostics, so you can see exactly what is configured and what is missing.

The fastest route to an answer today is the homepage FAQ for common questions, the About page for how the product works, and email for anything specific to your workspace.

• Widget not appearing — confirm the website is verified and the domain matches exactly.
• AI declining to answer — add or re-index knowledge sources for that topic.
• Escalation emails missing — check verified recipients and the delivery diagnostics card in Settings.
• Billing or plan limits — the billing section shows your current plan and usage.

The official AvroChat plugin connects a WordPress site to your workspace and injects the widget automatically — no theme edits and no snippet to paste.

• Install the AvroChat plugin on your WordPress site and open its dashboard.
• Start the connection; you approve it inside your AvroChat workspace.
• The plugin stores its own credentials and shows a live connection status.
• Disconnect from WordPress or from AvroChat at any time.

A public changelog is not published yet. We are preparing one so every release, fix and behaviour change is visible without asking us.

Until then, material changes that affect your workspace — pricing, terms, privacy or breaking behaviour — are emailed to workspace owners before they take effect.

A public status page with live availability and incident history is planned. We are not going to link to an empty dashboard before it reports real data.
